First class laboratory training courses
The experienced lecturers at the PromoCell Academy are there to provide you with state-of-the-art insight and up to date trends in the Life Sciences in a professional and hands-on setting. Our seminar center in Heidelberg has extensive training areas and S1 laboratories suited for intensive theoretical and practical work. Our courses are directed not only towards technical assistants working in the pharmaceutical industry, but also towards those from a university background such as PhD students, Post-Docs or laboratory directors. Besides obtaining new knowledge, you will also learn how to increase the efficiency of your work and the quality of your scientific data.

That is why in the Seminar Program 2012, you will find a variety of new courses featuring the most up-to-date educational material, along with the standard annual courses on offer.
You can choose from a growing collection of course topics in English ranging from cell culture basics to specialized techniques, molecular biology, ELISA and cloning strategies.
Heidelberg is worth a visit
Our seminar center is located in Heidelberg, the city with the oldest university in Germany as well as the home of several top-class research institutions. Beautifully embedded in the Neckar Valley – with the very lively historic town at the foot of the world-renowned castle – Heidelberg offers the perfect setting for a comfortable stay. Our shuttle service will gladly pick you up from the train station or hotel on course days.
